100 Yard Mascot Race

Every year, the 100 yard mascot race rates as the most entertaining race of the event.

Mascots come in all shapes, sizes and designs.

Mascots come from all walks of life. Some past participants include:

• "Oaklee", the Heritage Oaks Bank acorn
• "Bucky" the dollar bill
• The Orchard Supply Hardware Beaver
• The Albertson's grocery bag
• "Two Feet", from a podiatrist's office
• "Chipper", the CHP mascot
• The Jamba Juice Bananamen,
• high school mascots

We've even seen a live pig dressed up in its family's clothes.

If you think you're up to the unique challenges of this race, we invite you to bring your mascot and join us! Remember ,the emphasis is based participation, and not just on who finishes first.

All mascots who cross the finish line (whenever that might be) are eligible for the $500 grand prize.
